I live in Minnesota and it has been working good to keep my windows clear thus far (which is why I purchased it). I dont' think it will keep them clear enough when it gets snowy or too much colder but it has allowed me to continue driving a vehicle that gets great gas mileage but has no heater core for a bit longer. It is not powerful enough to keep you warm though. Also I keep my vehicle in a garage overnight so it's pretty warm when I leave each day to drive to work 43 miles--one way.

Let it warm up for about 5 min. there is a bit of difference in the cab of my S-10 with no heater, and we have had some morning's in the 30's. And when the windshield fogs up just set it towards to glass in within mins. its gone. Now with 2 heaters I would really be fine. Definitly worth it. Thanks

But unfortunately for my john deere it will not work. My tractor doesn't not put out a enough amperage for the heater . It takes out more then it put in. So it bad for me I just keep on shivering.
