My rating for this product would be just 3 stars, HOWEVER, it should be known that the REALTRUCK CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR, MELISSA REALLY STEPPED UP AND MADE EVERYTHING RIGHT!!! She corrected the error in my order, initiated contact with me, tracked my order DAILY until I was in receipt of the correct item, APOLOGIZED for the error, and was (ABSOLUTELY) the reason why all turned out right. Once I was in receipt of the correct product, I was very pleased. The light bar was wrapped securely in a very durable package and FEDEX delivered it BEFORE the scheduled date. This again, was largely due to MELISSA.
