They are a direct replacment for your OED installed Amber colored truck cab lights. Give your truck the finished look, and make it more visible in night-driving situations. These Truck Cab Roof lights from Recon accessories are available in Clear, Super-White, and Smoked lenses. Lights are available with either a Black or Chrome base. Every kit features extra strong ABS plastic protective lenses which have been UV treated so they don't easily fade from prolonged direct exposure to the sun. Every kit is supplied with five Xenon gas filled 194 style bulbs. The 3 piece set comes with Lenses, Bases, Wiring, and Xenon Bulbs. The 5 piece set comes with only Lenses and Bulbs. The 10 piece set is only available for the Hummer H2. The Recon Accessories Truck Cab Roof Light Kits fit several applications including Ford, Dodge, GMC, Chevy, and Hummer. For a guy who's never switched out light covers, it would have been very helpful if Recon had provided any form of instructions with the kit (not even a bubblegum wrapper came with them!). The screwed-in corner covers were simple enough to replace but the six smaller ones were a mystery when it came to removing the original OEM ones from my truck. From the new Recon ones, I knew enough that they were spring-loaded but I just could not get my original OEM ones off the truck! I didn't want to manhandle and break the plastic covers but Recon's website was non-existent and I could not find any OEM instructions online for removing the covers, either. In the end, I took a chance and slid a flathead screwdriver into the slight notch on one side of an attached OEM light cover on my truck. Was lucky since that did make the cover pop off (although it took the lampholder clean off its wiring harness too). So, that's the trick, huh? The covers do LOOK good once installed; we'll see if their gaskets hold up properly in our Canadian climate after a few intense seasons...

Delivery was quick and installation was simple. I would recommend using the foam seal that comes off the factory roof lights for the Recon roof lights to keep moisture out.

It would have been nice if they used the same connector as the stock wiring harness, as I was replacing the stock amber with clear lens. Bulbs don't really fit too snugly. Hopefully, the seal properly as they are not curved to fit the roof profile.
