Has 2 speed adjustable fan. Just flip the switch from heat to cool settings. Uses a 15 amp blade fuse and included 15 feet power cord and install hardware. 180 watt, 15 amp draw. Stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Great for heating you vehicle and great for more back seat heat. Works as a heater or a fan. Includes easy to read instructions and mounting hardware.
