The Element Bike Rack from Softride is their entry level 4-bike carrier, offering more value and versatility than any other bike rack on the market. They are constructed of powder coated steel for unmatched strength and corrosion resistance. The Element Bike Carrier features a patented parallelogram design that allows easy access to the rear of your vehicle while keeping the bikes level to the ground. A spring loaded pin allows for easy up and down maneuverability that does not interfere with the rear hatch of your van or suv. The Element Carrier is available for both 1 1/4" and 2" receiver hitches and features QuiteRide tightening technology that prevents rattling caused by loose fitting carriers and mounts in your receiver hitch. The Element Rack was designed to carry 4 children or adult bikes (120 lbs) and features anti-sway straps for a stable ride. Other innovative features allow the rack to fold down when not in use for a more compact design. Softride also incorporates end-of-arm safety reflectors for increased nighttime visibility and safety. The Element Bike Carrier offers compact storage and weighs in at only 30 lbs.
